What we need…

• Proof of Income - Payslips if you are an employee or most recent tax returns if you are self employed.

• Proof of address - In most cases we can do this of your drivers licence but as a back up, a rates notice if you have a property or your rental agreement.

• Identification - As a minimum we will ask for a current Drivers licence and Medicare Card.
